We had an amazing stay at this hotel! Best aspects were the location by the serene lake, friendly staff, and delicious food at the Xue Pavilion Chinese restaurant. The clean and well-equipped facilities, ample parking, and easy transportation made our stay even better.

Yinzhou neighborhood deserves to be explored. Free Wi-Fi was working perfectly. I got free upgrade and loved it.

Convenient location and affordable prices. We visit this place frequently and would suggest it to everyone. the stay was just a mile away from Southern Song Stone Park. 🌳

The hotel had a beautiful view of a lake and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. the breakfast buffet had a good variety of food options from both western and Chinese cuisine. there were many facilities to explore and enjoy, including a large indoor pool, outdoor playground, and bicycles available for rent at affordable prices.

The food served in the room was of poor quality and didn't match the menu descriptions. the English service could definitely be improved.

the indoor swimming pool and Spa & wellness centre were exceptional, offering a wide range of services including massage and a steam room. the pool with view and sun terrace were the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surrounding gardens. The restaurant and bar/lounge area had excellent offerings and the outdoor dining area was a great option for a cozy picnic lunch. Cons: the only minor issue we experienced was the lack of outdoor BBQ facilities, which would have been a nice addition to this hotel's already impressive list of amenities.
